In any other December, I’d be saying it’s the season for parties, Christmas shopping, and preparation for the big day.  Not so much of that this year, of course. Whilst this festive season is likely to be low key  – Zoom Christmas party, anyone? –  time is still precious. And looking through the myriad awareness days to pick out those that fit your wellbeing business takes time. To help, I’ve done it for you.  That said, there are fewer awareness days that fit wellbeing businesses in December. So I’ve included a couple that can be linked to mental health even if there’s not a direct link. For example, #SmallBizSat might be helpful if you sell gift vouchers for sessions.

Choose the ones that best suit your own business. Don’t forget to add the relevant hashtag to both curated and created content to further your reach on social media. And use the awareness days to join in conversations with others – you can search the hashtags to find your people.
